Rehab Coaching

Bridge the gap between rehab and performance

Conventional physical therapy doesn’t always understand what you need. Rehab coaching guides you from basic rehab exercises to the training your body needs to get you back on the field…back in the gym…or back in the great outdoors.

What’s Included

Rehab Coaching.

Each rehab coaching plan is designed for you based on where you left off with your physical therapy and what activity you want to return to. Dr. Kelsey Kuehn is a doctor of physical therapy and a strength and conditioning specialist - you get the best of both worlds with rehab coaching. She is also a pelvic floor physical therapist specializing in sports performance.

Video Coaching.

You get weekly 30 minute video coaching calls with your rehab coaching plan. These calls can be used as video coaching during your training session for on-the-spot feedback on technique and form; or they can be used to review your exercises and ask any question you have regarding your recovery.

Accountability.

Weekly check-ins will help keep you on track with your exercises and your feedback will help guide any changes that need to be made to your training for the next week. You also have direct communication with your coach via text and email for any training related questions that come up during the week.

Results.

Rehab coaching can take you from light resistance band exercises to sports performance training in as little as 3 months. You do the work - we guide you every step of the way.

Resources.

From a full video library of mobility exercises to free access to our eBook downloads, you’ll have access to a Member’s Only Resource Library filled with goodies to help you reach your goals.
